Prospective tenants are 10-a-penny in places like London.

Finding a suitable home in places like Cape Town might be a little more difficult because we are not alone in cottoning on to the fact that South Africa is the place to live and this is Africa's Century. Still, where there is a will, there is a way and there are plenty of properties to rent or to buy in the Beloved Country.

There are some administrative, taxation etc issues that require the attention of any would-be international property baron but with a little care and forethought these are not too onerous.
